At the top of the Serra da Estrela mountain range, Casa de São Lourenço presents itself as a winter destination shaped by silence, with landscapes cherished by snow and a panorama of comfort that stretches as far as the eye can see.
Designed for stays of 2 to 4 nights, our Winter Program invites you to slow down, take a deep breath and reconnect with nature through carefully selected experiences that combine comfort, heritage and the purest beauty of the mountains.
Included
– 2, 3 or 4 nights in a double room
- Accommodation, breakfast and snacks for 2 people
– Dinner for 2 people: begins with a flute of sparkling wine or Port and includes an amuse-bouche, an appetizer or soup, a main course and side dishes, dessert, coffee or tea; drinks not included.
– One daily guided hike of 2 to 4 hours with hot drinks provided, weather permitting. This hike can be done on snowshoes in the Upper Plateau, if snow conditions allow. Transportation to the Upper Plateau, where the hike begins, and return to the hotel is by private vehicle.
– 1 bath in the outdoor Ofuro heated to 38 degrees
– Use of the swimming pool, sauna and Turkish bath
– Use of mountain bikes
– Guided tour of the Burel Factory, a fully operational 19th-century woolen mill owned by the hotel.
– Information about the various routes in the region (Historic Villages, Mountain Villages, Castles, Upper Plateau of Serra da Estrela)
- Information about other marked hiking and mountain biking trails.
