New Year's Eve Program
In the Serra da Estrela mountains, sound transforms into an experience: the murmur of the wind, the birdsong, the music that envelops us. To welcome 2026, we've created a special program celebrating music in all its forms – from nature to jazz, from bossa nova to the soundscapes the mountains offer. Come celebrate with us.

Tuesday, 30
- 4:00 PM | Check-in | Welcome Ritual.
- 4:00 PM - 6:00 PM | Buffet Snack.
- 8:30 PM | Cocktail; Gourmet Dinner in 5 courses, with Wine Pairing. Live music, piano and vocals.
Wednesday, 31
- 8:00 AM - 11:00 AM | Buffet breakfast.
- 11:30 AM - 12:30 PM | Soundscapes | Blindfolded concert by Luís Antero, at the Burel Factory. Guided tour of the factory and snack among the looms.
- 4pm – 6pm | Buffet snack (at the Hotel).
- 8:30 PM | Cocktail; Special New Year's Eve Tasting Dinner in 8 courses, with wine pairings selected by the Hotel and Supper. A Jazz Quartet will invite you to let yourself be carried away by the swing, ballads and songs that have marked generations. A dance floor awaits you.

- 8:00 AM – 11:00 AM | Buffet breakfast.
- 10:30 AM | Guided walk with hot drinks served.
- 12:00 PM | Brunch.

- 1 Gourmet Dinner in 5 courses with wine pairings selected by the hotel.
- 1 Special New Year's Eve Tasting Dinner in 8 courses with wine pairings selected by the hotel, and a late-night supper.
- Blindfolded concert at the Burel Factory, with a guided tour of the factory and a snack among the looms.
- Live music (piano and vocals) on New Year's Eve and New Year's Eve (Jazz Quartet), with a dance step.

Booking and Cancellation Conditions:
Starting 15 days prior to the check-in date, the hotel will charge the remaining balance of the reservation to your credit card, which can also be paid by bank transfer. The reservation can be cancelled free of charge up to 15 days before the arrival date. If the reservation is cancelled within 15 days of the arrival date, the cancellation will result in the loss of the reservation amount.
