Booking and Cancellation Conditions: The Program is valid until the end of 2024 (except Special Dates such as January 1-14, February 9-17, March 29-April 2, and December 14-31). The reservation is guaranteed after payment of 50% of the stay at the time of booking, using a valid credit card. From the 7th day before the check-in date, the hotel will charge the remaining amount of the reservation to the credit card. The reservation may be changed or canceled, free of charge, up to 7 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation or change of the reservation occurs within 7 days before the arrival date (maximum by 3:00 p.m. local time), in the case of a no-show or in the case of cancellation during the stay, the full amount of the stay will be charged.
