Booking and Cancellation Conditions:
After the guest pays the hotel the full amount of the program, the train ticket will be purchased by the hotel and subsequently emailed to the guest. To purchase the ticket, the hotel will ask the guest for their ID number and age, which are required for purchase.
The program reservation is guaranteed after payment of 50% of the program value at the time of booking, using a valid credit card. Starting 7 days before the check-in date, the hotel will charge the remaining program value to the credit card. The reservation may be changed or canceled, free of charge, up to 7 days before the arrival date. If the cancellation or change occurs within 7 days before the arrival date (maximum by 3:00 p.m. local time), in the event of a no-show or cancellation during the stay, the full amount of the stay will be charged. This program is not valid for the following special seasons: January 1-14, February 9-17, March 29-April 2, and December 14-31. Cannot be combined with other promotions.
